Filling machine filling method:

1) Atmospheric pressure method

The atmospheric pressure method, also known as the pure gravity method, means that liquid materials flow into the packaging container by their own weight under atmospheric pressure. The free flow of most non gaseous materials can be filled using this method, such as wine, liquor, milk, soy sauce, vinegar, etc.

(2) Isobaric method

The isobaric method, also known as the pressure gravity filling method, involves first filling a container at a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure to create the same pressure in the tank, and then injecting the filling material. This method is commonly used for carbonated beverages such as beer, soft drinks, sparkling wine, and other fillers. This method of filling can reduce the loss of carbon dioxide contained in these products and prevent excessive foaming. Fill and affect product quality and quantitative accuracy.

(3) Vacuum method

The vacuum method is carried out under conditions below atmospheric pressure and can be performed in two ways:

(A) Differential pressure vacuum type

That is to say, the water tank is under atmospheric pressure, and only the packaging container can create a vacuum. Liquid materials rely on the pressure difference between the water tank and the container to generate flow and complete filling. This method is more commonly used in China.

(B) Gravity vacuum type

That is to say, the water tank is in a vacuum state. Firstly, the packaging container is pumped to form a vacuum equal to the vacuum in the water tank. Then, the liquid material flows into the packaging container through its own weight, as the structure is more complex and less household use. Vacuum filling has a wide range of applications and is suitable for filling liquid materials with slightly higher viscosity, such as oil, syrup, etc. It is also suitable for filling liquid materials containing vitamins, such as vegetable juice, fruit juice, etc. The formation of a vacuum in the bottle means that the liquid substance reduces its contact with air, extending the shelf life of the product. The vacuum method is also suitable for filling toxic substances such as pesticides to reduce the release of toxic gases and improve working conditions.

(4) Pressure method

By using mechanical pressure or pressure, irrigation materials will be squeezed into packaging containers. This method is mainly used to fill thick and viscous materials, such as filling tomato sauce, minced meat, toothpaste, sesame oil, etc. Sometimes, when filling soft drinks that can be used for soft drinks, the pressure of the water itself directly enters the bottle without inflating the pressure, which increases the filling speed. As the foam formed by the colloid is still easy to disappear, the quality of the filler has a certain impact.

This article determines the filling method of the filling machine:

For general edible liquid materials such as bottled milk, bottled alcohol, carbonated beverages, etc., filling pressure method and vacuum filling method can be used. However, considering the cost of isobaric filling method, it can effectively reduce the loss of carbon dioxide, maintain the quality of carbonated beverages, and prevent excessive filling of bubbles to ensure accurate filling measurement. Therefore, this article adopts the isobaric filling method.

The bottles in the filling machine are sequentially: 1. Enter the air, 2. Enter the liquid return air; 3. Stop the liquid; 4. Clear the remaining liquid in 4 steps. At the same time, all production lines with various detection status sensors enter the PLC, which controls the operation of the entire system through pre written programs based on the detection status of the sensors.

Normal workflow

Press the start button to transfer the wheels and start the filling machine. Then press the start button on the conveyor belt to load the filling machine into the bottle conveyor belt and start it. After the bottles enter the conveyor belt, they enter the bottle tray lifting mechanism at equal intervals. When the tray detects pressure, the tray piston lifts the tray with pressure, and the tray begins to pick up the bottles. When the tray rises, the maximum rise time is 6 seconds. If pressure is detected, the tray will stop rising and the valve will open to start filling the bottles. The maximum expansion time is 6 seconds. When the valve detects pressure and stops adding CO2, the liquid valve opens and starts filling. The filling time is 6 seconds. After filling, the tray begins to descend and the liquid valve is lowered. The return air duct works, the exhaust port is opened, and the liquid is taken out. The finished bottle is then sent by a conveyor wheel at a certain angle, and the bottle holder continues to move forward to the next cycle.
